That's a Big Egg

I got a dozen eggs from TJs which sells Amish prairie raised chicken eggs.  The fun thing about these eggs is they are unsized.  You get what you get some big some small.  But this batch was unique.  This is the biggest chicken egg I have ever seen. 

That poor hen!  Or maybe it was a giant hen that laid the giant egg.  Who knows? I used the giant egg for making eggs on toast.  Or really eggs on English muffins.  And look! Twins.  Tasty, tasty twins.
